Terms of use

These terms cover the digital adventures, lore, and tools sold or stored at Gavin's Tavern. By buying a volume or keeping an account, you agree to them.

The license

A purchase is a personal license for you and the table you run. You may download the files into your library and use them in your games. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the files, in whole or in part.

What a purchase includes

A campaign is that adventure. A continent includes every campaign set on that continent, including adventures added to it later. A world includes every continent on that world and the campaigns they hold, including later additions. A bundle includes the campaigns inside it at the moment you pay, and that list does not grow or shrink afterward.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Card payments are handled by Stripe. The tavern does not store card numbers. Free volumes can be claimed into your library with an account.

Accounts

Sign-in is a one-time email link. You are responsible for the mailbox you use. The same account opens the tavern, your library, and Persona Nook.

The house

The keeper may update a file you already own, take an unpublished draft off the public shelf, or refuse a purchase that looks like abuse. If a file you paid for is missing, write through the contact page and it will be put right.
